Zenchies currently ships to Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Free local pick-up in Winnipeg is now an option at checkout!
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International packages shipping to locations outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges are determined by the destination country, the shipment value and the contents of the shipment.
Customs, import duties, and taxes outside of Canada are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchases. Please be aware that you may be required to pay applicable customs, duties and taxes before or upon delivery of your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Zenchies will ship generally within 2-7 days after your order is placed. Delivery times provided are estimated and are not guaranteed. An email confirmation is sent when your order is on its way. Orders shipped within Canada are handled by Canada Post.
Shipping in Canada can take up to 10 business days however due to circumstances out of our control, processing times can be longer. We appreciate your patience! We may not notify you in the case of a processing delay caused by unexpected circumstances beyond our control, as we will be processing your order as quickly as possible.
Once you receive your shipment confirmation email, arrival times typically range from the following:
Standard shipping: 2-10 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Standard shipping: 7 days – 1 month, depending on delays in your country
Tracking is available at an additional cost. Standard shipping rates don’t include this fee. Tracking is only provided on orders where ‘Tracking number’ is selected. Tracking is not provided on ‘Standard’ shipping options. If your order includes tracking, we will email you the tracking number.
