Q: How do I wash/clean my Zenchie?
A: All Zenchies & Masks are recommend to be washed gently by hand. For safe keeping store in a custom Zenchies Linen Pouch.

Q: How many custom Zenchies Linen Pouches does my order come with?
A: Each Zenchie order includes (1) 5″ x 7″ linen pouch. We have the option to purchase additional pouches as needed for $2.99!

Q: Why is the colour of my scrunchie slightly different on my screen than it is in person?
A: We do our best to represent the colour of our scrunchies accurately! However screen resolution, contrast and brightness differs from one screen to the next.
Q: Can promo codes be applied to e-gift cards?
A: No, unless the sale states that it is an e-gift card sale.
