LOCAL PICK-UP: WINNIPEG, MB
Free local pick-up is available in Winnipeg, Manitoba. If you chose this option at checkout, further instructions regarding pickup will be sent in an email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Zenchies orders are processed efficiently within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Once the order has been shipped, you will notified by a confirmation email.
Shipping in Canada can take up to 10 business days however due to circumstances out of our control, processing times can be longer. We appreciate your patience! We may not notify you in the case of a processing delay caused by unexpected circumstances beyond our control, as we will be processing your order as quickly as possible.
Once you receive your shipment confirmation email, arrival times typically range from the following:
CANADA
Standard shipping: 2-10 business days
Standard shipping with tracking: 2-10 business days
Express shipping (includes tracking): 1-3 business days
UNITED STATES
Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
Standard shipping with tracking: 7-14 business days
Delivery times provided are estimated and are not guaranteed. All orders shipped within Canada are handled by Canada Post.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided on orders that purchase additional tracking at checkout, & will automatically be included if your order has accessories that need to be sent out via Canada Post parcel (i.e., claw clips, headbands, handmuffs, etc.)
Zenchie orders placed through standard shipping without a tracking number are shipped via Canada Post letter mail to keep the cost of postage low as possible for our valued customers. (i.e., scrunchies, hair scarves, etc.)
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
International packages shipping to locations outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges are determined by the destination country, the shipment value and the contents of the shipment.
Customs, import duties, and taxes outside of Canada are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchases. Please be aware that you may be required to pay applicable customs, duties and taxes before or upon delivery of your shipment.
